During my final year at UW-Stout, I teamed up with Kyle Lehman to make a documentary short about his ongoing photography project about the ice fishing scene in the local rural Wisconsin region. Alongside the doc, I also created a photo zine that futher documented the collaboration with Kyle. I chose to shoot the video on super 8 due to my interest in film and to avoid the constant and expensive renting of video equipment. I also think it lent a nostalgic component to the video, which matched how Kyle felt about the project he was creating in his hometown. Credits Nate Vrieze Kyle Lehman
